So what’s next?
Following an initial introductory meeting we would suggest that we then spend a day shadowing you during a typical business day. This allows us to better understanding the business drivers as well as talking with you, your staff and maybe even getting to meet your customers. From this we’ll generate a report, make recommendations, discuss any new business opportunities we may have come across and share these with you during the second review meeting. It’s important at this stage to understand that every outcome is different as every business has it’s own unique set of challenges.
